How do I qualify for a personal loan?

To qualify, you must be at least 18 years old and be a U.S. resident. You must also reside in a state where we do business. Besides age and location, qualification for a personal loan is largely based on your credit score, monthly income, and amount of existing debt, among other items.

Can I re-apply for a loan if my application is denied?

Of course! If your loan was denied because of circumstances that have changed (for example, you raised your credit score or your debt to income ratio changed for the better), there is a possibility your loan will be approved if you re-apply.

What happens if I'm late on making my payment?

The easiest way to avoid a late penalty is to enroll in automatic payments and maintain a minimum balance higher than your monthly payment, but if you have insufficient funds in your bank account or are late because you pay via snail mail, we will charge a late fee of $15 per payment cycle.
